My training at Iron Dragon can be summed up in one word: AMAZING! I look forward to going to my training sessions everyday, and seeing better and better results.

My program is an evolving routine, and I never get bored. The workouts are never the same old boring sets and reps but a constant mix of diverse moves and intensity tactics. My program is contoured to my specific needs and schedule.

On a scale of 1 to 10, my experience is easily at 10 plus. It may seem cliché, but I’m seeing results every day. The experience of my trainer, his knowledge and dedication to my goals are unrivaled. My trainer is just as excited to train me as I am to be trained. Overall, workouts are a mix of sweat, hard work, a couple of laughs and more hard work.

My training material is handled very professionally. My file is always available as a reference for how far I’ve come to this point. The knowledge I have gained from Iron Dragon will help me in every aspect of my training from now on. I’ve learned proper technique and apply it daily to my workouts. A major part is to have a mind/muscle connection. Through my trainer’s expertise, I feel my muscles working and now notice mistakes I’ve made in the past. These mistakes are what discouraged my previous attempts in achieving my goals prior to training at the Iron Dragon.
