Group Training
Do it in a group! The beauty
of exercising to music with a group and being
led by a group exercise leader is that you tend
to work harder and longer than you would on your
own. The support provided by classmates who share
your quest for a better body and mind can hasten
success for everyone involved. We offer programs
for all fitness levels, join a class today! Program
available for up to 4 people a class.
Mixed Martial Arts
This program covers sport fighting
from striking to grappling to submission fighting.
Learn techniques from combat systems such as Muay
Thai Kickboxing, Greco-roman Wrestling, Judo, Jeet Kune Do, Chin-na, Junsado and
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The best in training equipment
and instruction will be utilized in order for
you to become a well rounded fighter. Program
is intense, full contact sparring is required.

Contact Cardio Kickboxing
Kick and punch your way to fitness!
Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and
muscle endurance and combines aerobics and body
toning while learning self-defense. Our classes
blend boxing, martial arts, and sports conditioning
drills. With music and the energy of full contact
drills we will maximize your caloric expenditure.
It's a fasted paced, fun packed workout! This
workout involves contact training on the speed
bag, tear drop bag, double end bag and Muay Thai
bag. Functional training and core development
is enhanced with BOSU activities, air discs, agility
rings and plyometrics.
Sport Specific Training and Youth Athletic Camps
Iron Dragon's S.S.T. program
offers athletes of any level a demanding workout
aimed at improving your game performance. We will
design a training program to maximize your strengths
and dramatically improve your weakness.
Many tactics will be employed to ensure you are
motivated, educated and consistently making progress
in your athletic ability and conditioning. The
S.S.T. program will enhance your speed, strength,
endurance, balance, rhythm, timing flexibility
and explosiveness. Furthermore, our program will
take traditional movements and modify them to
create a truly innovative and challenging workout.
