Mark Rosenick (Owner/Personal
Trainer)
Mark is a senior instructor
at The Iron Dragon and has 10 years experience
in mixed martial arts training. An advocate of
Bruce Lee’s System, Jeet Kune Do, Mark believes
in using what works in order to become victorious
in battle. He is quick to switch styles and be
free with his strategy to defeat his opponents.
Mark is a freestyle fighter with a background
in Boxing, Muai Thai Kickboxing, Shaolin Chin
Na, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Greco Roman Wrestling.
Mark is also one of our personal trainers and
often cross-trains to reach optimal peak performance
for himself and his clients. In addition he heads
our Freestyle Fighting, Mixed Martial Arts, Street
Defense, Women’s Self Defense and Child
Safety Programs.
Paola Rosenick (Owner/Personal
Trainer)
Paola is a highly trained personal
trainer with over 5 years experience. She is very
personable and highly motivated to maximize your
potential. Paola is an expert in blending mixed
martial arts techniques into high-tempo grueling
cardio program, along with functional training
that involves BOSU work, agility rings, balance
discs, and core work. Her program is sure to improve
your cardiovascular efficiency, balance and health.
You will also burn a lot of calories and unwanted
body fat while improving you range of motion,
working your vestibular system and flexibility.

husband, Mark and I founded the Iron Dragon
Innovative Training Facility Inc. two years
ago with the intention of implementing our beliefs
of personal training together. We wanted to
fully dedicate ourselves on helping our clients
to achieve the body, mind and skill set they
have always wanted in a challenging workout
atmosphere that is surpassed by none. Or philosophy
has always been to refuse to give up or give
in, and most importantly refuse to lose sight
of your goals!"

Ryan Kane
Ryan Kane has been a trainer for two and a half years. He is nationally certified through NCSF. His training specialties are leaning and toning, muscle building, weight loss, sport specific training, and body transformations. His philosophy with training is simple.
"With consistency of exercise, diet, and belief any goal is possible in the fitness world." Having been obese through his adolescent and early adult years he knows what it is like at both ends of the spectrum of fitness. Using proper exercise and nutrition he transformed from his former self into the trainer he is today.
"I wouldn't change the past I had for anything, it helped me find he deep love for an active lifestyle that I have today. Also since I was so unhealthy for so long it's much easier to relate to the struggles people have with weight." Believing that it's his responsibility as a trainer not only to help people exercise, but also find excitement for exercise, he always comes into work energized and ready to tackle the day.
